For the 2020-21 season, all OWHA Hockey Officials Level 1-6 will be required to complete the Online Learning Modules/Exam.
The Hockey Canada *HU-Planning a Safe Return to Hockey module is a prerequisite for the Online learning module/exam and MUST be completed by all officials. This course is FREE to take and must be completed prior to registering for the Online recertification module/exam.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and to align with the OWHA Return to Hockey Framework there will be unique playing rules for the 3-on-3, 4-on-4 and 5-on-5 modified game formats.
These have been established in complying with health and safety guidelines, due to the Ontario Government Emergency order, in that practice and play cannot allow for physical contact between players or that play is operating under the modified rules that will be posted on the OWHA web site and are designed to avoid physical contact between the players on the ice.
These game play guidelines will be communicated through a posting on the OWHA website.
In addition to this, online education opportunities will be made available to officials at all levels throughout the season.

Registration for the Online Learning Modules, which includes the National Exam, will be through your e-Hockey account. Based on your level, please register for the online course below.
Steps to Access Online Module/Exam - Tutorial
The online Learning Modules/Exam is now available.
Access to the program will only be granted to those officials who have a current valid Criminal Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Screening Check (CRC/VSC) on file in the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR).
Check your profile in the HCR to ensure that a current CRC/VSC is on file.
